I would absolutely endorse Kim and John Kapustik for any realtor services. They helped us with rental services for our home and were able to find us a quick rental tenant. They were very open and listened to all our needs upfront before pursuing their search for prospective buyers. They work well as a team and one supports the other in working to get the seller the requested services and the right fit (buyer). They kept us in the loop by providing periodic email updates, feedback from potential buyers and weekly phone calls in providing the latest status on the showings.
