Kim King

Kim King brings a fresh approach to Austin’s residential real estate market. With previous experience as a general contractor, remodeler and investor, she has a well-rounded background that has proven invaluable as a licensed real estate agent. As an Austin native, Kim graduated from Anderson High School before earning her BBA in Marketing from Abilene Christian University. Married for 27 years, she and her husband have raised two children, both graduating from The University of Texas…Go Horns! Kim and her family love all that is AUSTIN and have enjoyed watching it grow into one of the most desirable cities in the country.

With over a decade of experience in the housing industry, Kim has acquired a deep knowledge of building construction and design. Her experience has given her extensive insight into the home building and remodeling process and she has a successful history of designing properties that sell quickly. Kim is able to provide complimentary design consultation for clients who wish to remodel, update, or stage their home prior to listing to maximize resale value, as well as provide direction and vision for her buyer clients with projects post-closing.

When Kim is not busy with work, she enjoys spending time with her family, eating at Austin’s many amazing restaurants, traveling, and watching HGTV. She prides herself on providing her clients with a high level of personal service based on honesty, integrity and trust. Her local knowledge, creativity and high energy are key to insuring a smooth and successful real estate experience.
