Let me just start by saying Kim is amazing at what she does! She made what seemed like impossible, possible... we used her services to both sell and buy property. With her incredible (what I would call expertise) in both design and staging she was able to have our house sold in just under two weeks as well as quickly help us find a beautiful new home in our budget! If you're looking for someone to get your house sold and or find a new home I recommend KIM NILES 10/10. Not only is she a great realtor, she's extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and just an all around fun person!

I was the lender on this one for the buyer and I have to say that working with Kim was one of the better experiences I have had. Kim was very communicative and worked hard to keep this one together. Kim has been my realtor since late January early February 2020, she sold my home in Westminster Colorado  February 18, then sold my nieces home in Commerce City for top dollar.  My niece and I  then purchased a home in Thornton Colorado, lived there for 6 months, upgraded and remodeled, closed and moved out all in a short period of time.  But what I want to tell you is if there is anyone who can get the job done on any level it would be Kim Niles of Colorado Flat Fee.  She has all the tools to work with other realtors and if the deal is short from falling through she has the ability to pull a rabbit out of her hat and save the agreement. She is strong in writing up contracts, very knowledgeable and with her real estate background to handle just about anything that comes her way and I can vouch for that as with all 4 deals that I have used her for, I would not want anyone else in my corner. On a personal level, we have become great friends and when the time comes to buy my next property, I have her on speed dial.

Generous with her time explaining or talking through anything that came up. Kim arranged to have a closer come to my home to save me time, which was very convenient.
