Looking for a realtor – look no more!

I would highly recommend Kim/Kasia any day of the week and have, in fact, recommended her to several individuals already! This was by far, the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. She really takes the time to understand your needs as well as your wish list items. She was our realtor for both the sale of the existing home as well as the realtor for the home we selected to purchase.

She was incredibly accurate with her estimate of our home’s selling price as supported by the appraisal value that eventually came back. She and Kasia were very direct when it came to providing feedback on how best to sell the house (including staging, what punch list items needed to be addressed, timing, etc). As difficult as it is to hear that your house is not perfect, if you are willing to really listen to their feedback, your house WILL sell for an amount that is fair and in line with appraisal value.

Kim was absolutely hands down amazing! My husband and I chose her as our realtor because a friend and his husband used her to buy their home and they raved about her!

My husband and I originally chose a home in Wildwood, FL to be closer to my office. Kim protected us from following through on that home due to some glaring issues with the home and she didn’t want us to settle... Literally the same day we decided to turn down the home we saw a house in Clermont, FL listed on Realtor.com. This house I had seen before but it had gone under contract. The day we turned down the first home I called Kim and told her this home was the ONE. She was right on top of it and contacted the Seller’s agent. We went the next day to view the home and put an offer on the house right then and there!

With the market the way it is right now we should have never got the home. My husband utilized his VA benefits and we did not put any money down. Kim is Wonder Woman!She is truly there for her clients!!!

Kim was recommended by a friend who had been working with her from NYC. My family was relocating to Orlando, FL and I only had a weekend to find a rental. Our buying situation was unique with many obstacles having lived out of the country for 5 years. We met Kim during an open house. Although the house was not for us she started asking questions about what we were looking for. (Schools, location, etc.) We had already been working with other realtors, but didn’t care for the customer experience provided by them. By the end of the day she already had listing for us to look at. Every time we found a house we were interested in she made time to go see it. Many times on the same day. We are from New York and decided to move to Florida. Flying there during the middle of Covid pandemic was impossible especially with little kids.
