Kim helped us buy, manage, and sell our home. A majority of the time this was done while we were overseas. Her expertise and professionalism were greatly appreciated. She was able to help us get an offer on our home the day after it was listed. She was very responsive to emails and calls. She let us know if tenants had any concerns and helped facilitate solutions quickly. My husband and I highly recommend Kim for any house buying, selling, and managing needs. She helped ease the stress of the housing market.

Kim came highly recommended to us and rightfully so. She helped us to buy and then sell our home. She was so great to work with on both sides. When we were buying we gave her our list of criteria and came with our Zillow list and ended up not being crazy about any of the houses. I was moving long distance, so only had a few days to find something we were okay with. On day two she asked us to let her show us a couple houses that she thought we might like and the third one that we went to was love! She paid great attention to the details of what we were saying we liked and didn’t think was important and found our perfect house.

When we needed to move long distance, we called Kim right away. She came to check out the house condition and gave us an estimated listing price and advice on how to make it look great in photos. Her photographer is amazing. My house sold on the second day. Kim is always great with communication and as soon as she had information I wanted/needed, she would let me know immediately. She is very patient and has taken many phone calls from me and has stood up for me so many times, both as a buyer and a seller. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor than her and am glad we chose her.

Kim is the best!!! This was my first time buying a home and she was so patient with me and helpful! In the beginning I didn’t really know what I was looking for but she had guided me and showed me a bunch of houses to eventually finding the perfect one for me! An amazing realtor! She sold my mom's house to her, then my older sister's house and now me! Best family realtor you'll ever find! Amazing experience, even got a great friend out of it. I’ve used Kim twice, both as a buyer and seller. What a pro!!! She worked so hard to make sure we were taking care. We ran into a snag during closing, some numbers were off and we shouldn’t have closed. Well she cleaned it all up and we closed that day, and all that happened after she showed us a ton of houses. She treated as more as friends than someone to sell a house too. Her knowledge and experience of real estate saved us from some pit falls. When we sold our home she got us guarantees from the buyer, stuff I couldn’t have imagined, and btw she got us more than we were asking for. The best part of the whole process of our experience with Kim, was she’s such a great person. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with someone who truly had my back like Kim did. So what ever side of the home ownership you’re on, do yourself a favor and save a ton of headaches. She turn a stressful time until smooth sailing. She’s the best!!!
