Kim is the best!!! This was my first time buying a home and she was so patient with me and helpful! In the beginning I didn’t really know what I was looking for but she had guided me and showed me a bunch of houses to eventually finding the perfect one for me! I am so happy with my new home and couldn’t of done it without her!!!

Kim did a great job helping me sell my rental house even though I live 4 hours away. She even arranged to get new carpeting, paint, and roofing done directly with the contractors. An amazing realtor! She sold my mom's house to her, then my older sister's house and now me! Best family realtor you'll ever find! Amazing experience, even got a great friend out of it. Found our house quick and got everything the way we wanted it before we closed. Still answers questions and helps me out after signing on our new home! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I’ve used Kim twice, both as a buyer and seller. What a pro!!! She worked so hard to make sure we were taking care. We ran into a snag during closing, some numbers were off and we shouldn’t have closed. Well she cleaned it all up and we closed that day, and all that happened after she showed us a ton of houses. She treated as more as friends than someone to sell a house too. Her knowledge and experience of real estate saved us from some pit falls. When we sold our home she got us guarantees from the buyer, stuff I couldn’t have imagined, and btw she got us more than we were asking for. The best part of the whole process of our experience with Kim, was she’s such a great person. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with someone who truly had my back like Kim did. So what ever side of the home ownership you’re on, do yourself a favor and save a ton of headaches. She turn a stressful time until smooth sailing. She’s the best!!!
