I met Kimberly about 5 days before I put my house on the market. When I told her a couple days later that I wanted to try selling my house by owner I had her full support and even some assistance. It wasn't until I asked her to help sell the house about a week after having my house on the market (on my own) until she got involved. She was very respectful and patient with me as this was my first time selling a house. She'll be the first person I call my second time around.

We listed on a Friday afternoon and accepted an (one of multiple) above asking price offer on Monday! Wow! Kim had just helped us to find our new place, as well as list and sell our old place. She has always been timely when talking with us and/or responding to our questions. Her photographer did an excellent job to help showcase the true features of our property. We also lived across the street from Kim & Rick for 8 years before we made the move described, and so we know them to be outstanding neighbors. With all of that said, I highly recommend Kim Askvig to be your future realtor.
