Kimberly Bauer

For over 20 years, I've worked in different avenues of real estate, from partnering with builders in new home communities, to renovating properties for profits to helping clients find their "forever" home! This experience means that I can tackle any situation, and I do it with gusto. I am licensed in both Colorado and Florida, where I work extensively with investors - from big projects to short-term rentals, both buying and selling. Besides real estate, I'm actively involved in my community by volunteering with Girls On The Run and 3W Races, acting as team manager for high school soccer, and promoting small businesses in the community.
