Kimberly Beers

Kim was born and raised in Thousand Oaks, California. She grew up watching her mother in Real Estate who was not only a REALTOR herself but was also an Escrow Officer. Moving was very common in her upbringing as she lived in Thousand Oaks, Clovis, Tehachapi, California before settling in Tucson, Arizona for ten years. While in Arizona she studied Graphic Design, Journalism, and Creative Writing at the University of Arizona and Pima Community College.

In 2011 she moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico and lived in Uptown. She now considers the Albuquerque West-Side home and is a huge advocate of green chile, local businesses, and all that this unique city has to offer.

?For 2015 she was nominated for Rookie of the Year for the Greater Albuquerque Area or REALTORS®. The same year at Coldwell Banker Legacy she won Second Place Rookie and Third Place Rookie for Units Sold. In 2016 she was featured on an episode of TLC's Hit TV Show "My First Home" filmed locally.

In 2017 and 2018 she was a Top 15% producing Coldwell Banker Legacy Realtor and she was the third highest producing individual agent at the Paseo Office. Monica and herself also ran the successful CBL Adopt-a-thon where over 40 shelter or rescued dogs were adopted.

Early in 2018 Kim married her other half, Jordan, at Disneyland and is now a step-Mom to Joey who is twelve years old. When she’s not with family she loves to visit Disneyland, volunteer with rescue groups, write, and enjoy the brilliant sunsets
