Kim listed a home that I purchased to renovate and re-sell. I was in a situation where I needed to sell the home fast in order to minimize my holding costs. We were fortunate to receive a cash offer from a buyer that could close in 2 weeks. However, some issues came up during closing that created some hesitation on the part of the buyer. Kim had great rapport with the buyer and was able to smooth things out and maintain the buyer's confidence. Based on what I saw Kim do in this deal, I'm convinced that she was the perfect agent for this listing. I'm very grateful that she was my agent, and I don't think that any other agent could have helped me as well as Kim did on this transaction. I highly recommend Kimberly Bui as a real estate broker in the Los Angeles, California area. If I could use only one word to describe Kimberly it would be “caring.” She possesses all the other qualities you look for in a real estate representative: knowledgeable, competent, efficient, communicative. But caring most defines her. She goes the extra miles and then several steps more. I was looking for a real estate broker who could handle the sale of my mother’s estate. I lived outside the Los Angeles area and needed an agent who was familiar with the area and could quickly handle the intricate details of an inheritance owned equally between my sister, who was ill, and myself. Kimberly was able to list our home at a fair price quickly and also deliver two full priced offers within a week. Her attention to escrow and contract details, extra assistance with a garage sale, and communications with an ill partner in the transaction, were well-balanced and efficient.
