Kimberly Cose

Kim has worked in the industry for over 20 years selling Real Estate starting her career in 2000. Having worked for FCB HOMES selling New Homes in the Central Valley located in Manteca, Stockton and becoming a Community Sales Manager in the Lodi Communities; Clairmont, Madison Place and Heirloom. Kim's background includes, extensive sales training, construction knowledge, escrow, strong negotiating skills, understanding of floor plan and product knowledge with the ability to problem solve.
Previously with Sherman & Associates, Kim's primary business consisted of Residential, First time buyer, move up and commercial Real Estate. She is a member of Metro-list, Central Valley Association of Realtors and the National and California Association of Realtors.
