Kim was awesome in navigating and help close the deal with a very difficult seller.
Probably the best and most important thing was she made sure all of our bases were covered from a roof inspection to insuring all the repairs were done correctly!

My Bride and I recently purchased a home with Kim's help and she was very helpful indeed! Kim clearly knows her business and we benefited greatly having Kim on our team. She was very patient as we looked for and at homes across the entire DFW area. Kim was able to help us hone in on the perfect area for us and ultimately the perfect home. Her in-depth knowledge of the market, which surprisingly varies quite a bit in DFW, and her prompt attention to details ranging from market analyses and comparable pricing through the negotiation and closing made this the easiest home purchase I've ever experienced! Kim was able and willing to show up for the inspection and the follow up review of a few issues to ensure that we knew the quality of the home we purchased. She even arranged to meet with the Seller in order to learn how some unique features work. Regarding the bottom line - the purchase price - we knew we were competing against other potential Buyers and ultimately, even though we did not offer the highest purchase price, Kim's integrity and open communication with the Seller's agent convinced the Sellers that we were the best Buyer for their home. I highly recommend Kim to anyone considering purchasing a home! In fact I've already introduced a friend and his Bride to Kim and he is extremely happy with her.

Kim has been an incredible asset to us. She has been a strong advocate for our side of the transaction, understands the nuances in complex deals, very in-tune with what we are looking for, and has a good list of preferred vendors and affiliates. She provides well-thought recommendations that cover both the pros and cons and is absolutely on top of everything. I am certain she has a lot of clients but she manages her time so well it often feels like we are her only ones. She is very fast to respond regardless of the day of the week, weekends or holidays and she communicates to us ahead of time when she is going to be unavailable. Kimberly Macye at Ebby Holliday helped us sell the only home we’ve ever owned of 25 years, and we closed in June 2021. Her communication was excellent, and she kept us informed every step of the way. Kimberly made the process, that was new to us, easy to understand and when we had questions, she had quick and direct answers. When the buyer’s inspection report came back, Kimberly had the experience and contractors she trusted to make repairs in a timely and economical fashion. Since we were living an hour away, her help with this was invaluable to us!

Kimberly’s knowledge of the current market and of what to spend money on (updates, repairs, etc.) before listing the home for sale were all spot on. Down to the carpet, windows, flowers, and paint for the walls. We didn’t waste time or money on things that wouldn’t increase our return. And the photographer she scheduled for the listing photos was excellent as well.

We listed on a Thursday and accepted offers through Sunday. Kimberly’s targeted marketing campaign resulted in 24 showings during the first two days! Four days total and we had offers above our asking price. Kimberly's evaluated each one and presented us with only the best choices based on our instructions to her. She didn’t have us waste time on offers that didn’t meet our criteria.

Some friends told us to try negotiating down the realtor’s percentage of the sale. Kimberly's knowledge of the market, years of experience as a realtor, and non-nonsense approach was worth every penny she earned from the sale. For example, the first two things she suggested we do to the house before listing it saved us almost her entire fee. Remember you get what you pay for and Kimberly Macye and the staff at Ebby Holliday are the gold standard for others to try and reach.

We are so grateful and appreciative of Kimberly! She got us more for our home than we ever expected and saved us out of pocket cash in repairs and preparation. We wouldn’t recommend any other realtor other than Kimberly Macye!

Oftentimes selling a home can be very stressful. Not with Kim! Her professionalism and wealth of knowledge made the whole process easy. Our very first meeting, she had already done all the research on our property and neighborhood. Next, we walked through the house. With a keen eye for detail, she expertly recommended improvements prior to putting the property on the market, then provided a detailed timeline of when each item needed to be completed to get us on the market by our target date. Our house was listed on Friday evening and we were under contract on Sunday!!!
Our last realtor had us sign a contract, then waited for the property to sell itself. Not Kim, she was with us every step of the way, giving us updates, making recommendations, solving problems. I am absolutely blown away by Kim and am telling everyone what an amazing job she did for us!
