Kimberly Maxwell has experienced, as generations before her living in Walton County, the quality of life and its wonderful lifestyle firsthand. She connects her clients to the specific areas along 30A and South Walton through her knowledge and local expertise of the area. Her specialties include Luxury homes, Condominiums, Planned Unit Developments, fixer upper resales, purchase of rental investment properties and lot/home sale packages.

Kimberly Maxwell, who was originally born in NYC and then moved to North Carolina during her teens, was all the while brought to South Walton since the 60s and 70s to visit grandparents and other relatives in DeFuniak Springs and hold beach reunions in Grayton and Seagrove Beach. Moving in the early eighties to South Walton, she learned more about the area as a newspaper reporter and felt she had found the best place to live, love and play!

During her tenure as a local newspaper reporter, Kimberly was found by a renowned editor of PC Magazine in the early 90s, which launched her career in high tech. Writing several tech books, hundreds of magazine articles then founding her Public Relations firm that helped start-up and fortune 500 marketing teams leverage their presence with the press, her path veered into real estate.

During the years she spent in the tech business, she also involved herself real estate ventures through purchasing land, fixer uppers and understanding the development process for her own Planned Unit Development. Kimberly holds a BA in Journalism, MS in IT, Kimberly also holds a license in Life insurance and annuities to help others plan for retirement and helps to include properties in her client’s portfolios.
