A native of the state of Washington, and with a home in Seattle, she always longed for the sunshine. After attending Arizona State University, she began a long and successful career in the hospitality industry in sales & marketing. From that experience, she realized the components needed for success are a result of building trust in relationships, analyzing value propositions and negotiating successful outcomes for her clients. When moving back to Arizona in 2011, it sparked a desire to enter the real estate market and again find success in selling & marketing the wonderful lifestyle she found in her active adult retirement community. In her personal time, she enjoys golfing, hiking and other activities which are part of her active adult community. She also spends a few months a year in the summer, boating in the waters of Northern British Columbia, kayaking and fishing.

This service includes established relationships with various lenders, home inspectors, title & escrow companies, appraisers, and other seasoned professionals, who are part of her team of experts.
