A trusted member of John L. Scott’s Luxury Alliance and Corporate Relocation teams, Kimberly specializes in helping employees from national companies—including Amazon, Boeing, Philips, Altair, and Graebel—successfully relocate to the Seattle metro area. Her prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, and negotiation spans roles at one of the nation’s largest retailers and ownership of a boutique in Boston. Her background also includes extensive work in interior design and collaborations with major retailers and international brands.
Kimberly serves a wide range of clients, including luxury buyers, first-time homebuyers, relocating families, builders, and investors. Her expertise includes facilitating flips, restorations, and land acquisitions for new construction. She is known for her hands-on approach, ensuring seamless, personalized transactions that align with each client’s goals.
Originally from Maine, Kimberly was raised in a real estate-focused family—her mother is a top agent at Portside Real Estate, and her sister co-owns a luxury design-build firm. After relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2011, Kimberly transitioned into real estate investment and built a successful career flipping and restoring homes before obtaining her broker’s license.
She now lives in a mid-century home in Northeast Seattle with her husband and their two daughters, London and Luna. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys interior design, architecture, boating, and adventuring across the Pacific Northwest. She’s also a passionate art and car enthusiast.
