With nearly three decades of real estate experience, Kimberly Sullivan brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and dedication to every client relationship. Kimberly began her career in 1995 as a sales agent and earned her Broker’s License in 2006. Over the years, she has built an impressive background spanning residential sales, property management, investment properties, and office management.
Early in her career, Kimberly was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” for the Southern Southwest Region and later served as a Director on the Douglas Board of Realtors. In 1999, she expanded into property management and quickly advanced to Vice President of a single-family division, overseeing a portfolio of more than 800 homes in Tucson, Arizona.
In April 2010, Kimberly launched the Residential Division of First West Properties, which she continues to lead as Partner and Associate Broker. The division offers full-service real estate solutions, including sales, property management, TDY housing, and investment services for single-family homes and small multi-unit complexes.
A passionate advocate for community involvement, Kimberly is a proud member of the Real Wishes for Realtors Foundation, a volunteer-driven initiative that gives back to the communities that support Arizona’s real estate professionals.
A lifelong Arizona resident, Kimberly has called Sierra Vista home since 2004, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and grandchildren. Her deep roots in the state and her hands-on approach make her a trusted advisor and respected leader in the Southeast Arizona real estate market.
