Kimberly Zipfel

Becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2017 after 15 years in investment management, Kim provides a unique, data-driven perspective to both buying and selling real estate. Kim holds a double major BSBA in Finance, and Real Estate & Urban Analysis from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Kim prides herself on providing exceptional value to her clients through detailed analysis and collaboration to achieve her client’s real estate goals.

Calling Central Austin home since 2007 with three children in Austin ISD schools, Kim is enthusiastic about finding the right property to fit Austin’s ever-changing families’ needs. As a parent and business representative of the Bryker Woods Campus Advisory Council, Kim has been the PTA Vice President, and chaired various other school functions to promote community and optimize the learning environment for both teachers and learners. Kim has been active on various city and AISD initiatives including the Bull Creek Road Coalition focusing on the development of The Grove at Shoal Creek, and AISD’s Safe Routes to School Program. When Kim’s not collaborating with clients or researching Austin’s real estate market, she can be found on the tennis court, working out at Townlake YMCA, on travel adventures with her family, or cooking up an ethnic dinner for friends or family.
