Kimmie Cimino Fine

As a third-generation Tampa native, Kimmie has strong roots in her community. Her vast knowledge of the Tampa market offers a unique level of real estate expertise combined with an uncommon level of professionalism. She is a licensed Multi-Million Dollar Producer Realtor and a consistent Top Producer with 18 years of experience in residential sales. She brings exceptional knowledge and integrity to each real estate transaction. She has years of experience in marketing sales, and real estate law. Prior to her real estate career, Kimmie was an Executive Search Consultant. Kimmie is a graduate of Plant High School, received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminology in 1993 and a master’s degree in Quantitative Sociology in 1996 from University of South Florida. She is a Chi Omega Sorority Alumna, and member of the USF President’s Council/Green Jacket Club.

Kimmie is also regularly active in the Tampa Bay community. She is the Founder and President of Jacob’s Touch Foundation. Jacob’s Touch is a non-profit 501(c) (3), community-based organization in the Tampa Bay area, dedicated to providing financial care to families with and organizations that serve children on the Autistic Spectrum. She is an inaugural committee member of the Quantum Leap Farm’s “Colors of Courage” annual fundraiser luncheon and a Table Captain for their “Stirrup Hope” annual fundraiser. She is a past PTO President for her son’s school Invictus Academy Tampa Bay and serves on various committees. She is also a sustaining member of the Junior League of Tampa. She is a lifelong member of Tampa Yacht & Country Club, loves travel, sports, exercising, decorating and family time.
