Kinan grew up playing along the Neches River in Southeast Texas before relocating to Austin in 1995. He earned his real estate license at an early age and provided apartment locating & relocation services while completing his degree in Business and Marketing at St. Edwards University. A go-getter with a knack for business, Kinan founded One Source Relocation in 2003, providing area tours, apartment locating, and settling-in services for clients relocating from out of town. Soon after, Kinan advanced his real estate career and began helping families and individuals buy and sell properties all across the Austin area.
Kinan currently lives in the Allandale neighborhood, and works with clients throughout West and Central areas like West Lake Hills, Lakeway, Allandale, and Barton Springs. With his relocation expertise, he acts as a trusted guide for homebuyers who are unfamiliar with Austin. Kinan runs in a variety of marathon races that benefit local non-profits and charities such as the Breast Cancer Foundation and the Leukemia Foundation. He also hosts annual fundraising events for his favorite charities, including Austin Pets Alive, a No-Kill shelter dedicated to finding foster homes for pets at risk. During the holidays, Kinan also hosts a large Client Appreciation event, where he encourages everyone to bring a gift for Toys for Tots. Last year, he donated over 200 gifts for children.
