Kiona was absolutely amazing!!! I would use her time and time again. From the moment I mentioned to her that I was interested in buying a home, Kiona walked me through the home buying process with ease. I built my house and she was instrumental in making sure I didn’t overspend or purchase things I didn’t need. She showed up to my meetings, answered all my questions, and was very patient. But most importantly, Kiona saved me around $2500.00 in closing cost because she throughly reviewed my paperwork. There was an error on my Closing Disclosure that was made on the builder’s side. Kiona, with her keen eye. caught their mistake and saved me $2500.00. I would recommend her to anybody. She’s professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.

Kiona is so kind hearted, honest and professional throughout the whole process. She was really patient with me because it took a long time for me to find a house. I started the process in June, but had to put it on hold for some personal issues. We resumed again in October and there were so many time that I wanted to give up because of the market and my type of loan. However, Kiona wouldn’t let me give up and helped me find the right home for me. Also, she was really flexible and work with my time schedule majority of the time. I like the way she explained certain things that I wasn’t comfortable or knowledgeable about. Overall, she did a great job with all my paperwork and the viewings. I would and will recommend her as your realtor. I will be using her in the future since I know I will be in good hands.
