Kirby C Smith

Kirby started his real estate career in 1995 with a Metro Brokers company. After 3 successful years helping families buy and sell homes, he started his own real estate company, Cherry Tree Properties, Inc., also under the Metro Brokers umbrella.

Cherry Tree Properties, Inc., has seen much growth since then, and today boasts six brokers closing an average of over $20,000,000 in real estate per year. In fact, since 1995, Kirby and his company have closed over $275,000,000 in real estate and closed more than 1,000 properties. In late 2005, Kirby was elected to the Metro Brokers Inc. Board of Directors, where he served until 2009 when he was elected President of Metro Brokers Inc. At that time, Metro Brokers was made up of over 1,400 brokers and eighty-five offices throughout Colorado and Arizona.

Kirby’s interests include spending as much time as possible with his family—wife Wendy, and three sons, Dylan, Parker, and Bennett. Waterskiing and camping assume much of their summers, and snowboarding is his passion in the winter. Since 1988, Kirby and Wendy have lived, worked, and been active in the Centennial/Littleton/Englewood community.
