Kirk and Sean helped me sell my mom and dad's house when I had to move my mom with me up to Oregon from Southern California. With everything going on at that time it was really important to have someone that I could trust and had my mom's best interests in mind. Kirk happened to live in the area so he had a lot of local information about what houses were going for and what he thought we could get. Kirk was always available anytime I had a question or anything. Kirk came highly recommended from a dear friend of ours who is also a Windermere agent here in Oregon. I would recommend Kirk to anyone who needed a solid agent who really cares about the people who trust him to sell their most prized possession.

Who would have taught I would be able to find a home
In such a short time during a Global pandemic. Kirk Effinger and Shane Effinger were able to make that possible. With all the restrictions that was put on purchasing a home during the pandemic the Effinger‘s where able to make things very easy for me. Even after my home was purchased Kirk Effinger still stayed in contact with me making sure that everything was OK and asked me if I needed anything.
