Kit is a full time Realtor® and Regional Designated Broker to Equity Northwest Real Estate. She was previously Director of Sales for Red Barn Real Estate, which she helped start in the fall of 2007, after a four-year stint as the Sales Director at CBH Homes. Kit began her real estate career in January of 2003 selling new construction in one of Meridian, Idaho’s most successful planned communities, Woodbridge. Aside from her Broker role, Kit manages a top-producing real estate team whose clients range from first time home buyers to builders to investment purchases, and everything in between.
