My family and I reached out to Klarissa Soto late 2022 in hopes of purchasing a home. We initially started our search in the Bay Area, but found little to no luck. Klarissa suggested we give Sacramento the opportunity, saying we wouldn’t be disappointed. She wasn’t wrong. My family and I were able to find a new home in a lovely, cozy, upcoming neighborhood. Throughout the process, Klarissa remained patient, prompt, and professional. She is knowledgeable within her role and serious about her clients; always putting their needs first. Klarissa was amazing. She was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I also appreciated how responsive she was. We were in our new home 30 days after we first spoke to her. As a first-time home buyer, it was really important for me to have someone that I felt comfortable asking questions to and she was the best! I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Klarissa, is such an amazing soul when she helped me find my home last year in 2022 she was very patient and understanding of all my needs and wants. She stood by my side every step of the way and helped me make sure i was going to love my first home! Not only is she a great realtor she is also a great friend and person overall, great job Klarissa!

Sacramento's market is on fire. Houses are listed and sold incredibly fast, requiring buyers to have an agent that can help them develop a strong bid, communicate well, and move swiftly. Klarissa nailed all of those things and helped me buy a wonderful home. In addition, my situation presented several uncommon challenges that required more expertise than cookie cutter scenarios. Klarissa had solutions for most of them off the bat, and those she did not, she extended herself to learn and guide me through them. She was also a pleasure to work with.

I was so excited when I found out I would have an opportunity to review Klarissa Soto on the purchase of my amazing home. Hands down and without a doubt, Klarissa Soto is my number one choice for everything real estate related. From the start, Klarissa was always nice, professional, and extremely knowledgeable on todays market. She always made me feel like I was her only client even when I knew I wasn't. Furthermore, her expertise really showed when she was able to point out the smallest yet crucial details of each home that I had no clue to lookout for. Her attention to detail and work ethic are truly unparalleled. I had questions at all times of the day and it was as if she was able to read my mind by how quick and detailed her responses were. Did I mention how I got my one and only offer I ever submitted accepted on the first try! This in and of itself shows just how amazing and dedicated of a Realtor she is. Klarissa has helped my mother, my brother, my neighbor, and my neighbors friends & coworkers. I cannot
