My Story
Koko Kwan previously worked as a commercial real estate consultant and real estate agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate, a real estate company under Buffett. She is currently the real estate broker and founder of Shanda Real Estate Kwan Realty, focusing on commercial real estate and residential transactions, mainly engaged in the rental and sale of office buildings, commercial stores, student apartments, hotels, schools, etc.

Guan Zi has lived in the United States for more than 10 years as a full-time real estate agent. She is proficient in Boston residential and commercial investment transactions, such as Cambridge (Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Brookline (Boston University), Northeastern University, Boston College and Tufts University, etc. She is also involved in land sales, house renovation, land development, house management and rental, and is familiar with various small and medium-sized universities in Boston and their regional houses. She works 24/7 full-time and tries her best to find high-return real estate investments for her clients. She has successfully helped many international students from Boston University, Harvard and other universities find apartments for both self-residence and investment.
