Buying a home with Kris is the best experience we have ever had in real estate. She was always available, on time and prepared when showing us houses, she was patient and not pushy when we found one we liked, and finally she was knowledgable and tenacious enough to get us under contract and closed in about 30 days on a difficult property. I know that no one else could have done this for us so quickly and easily.

Working with Kris was the best experience I have ever had with a Real Estate Agent in my many years of buying and selling homes. I gave her my ultimate goals and she was able to make all of it happen.

My goals were to sell quickly with an offer above asking, home to be sold as is, a quick settlement and wouldn't it be nice to sell to an investor in order to keep my tenant in the house. This first and last goal, I really doubted would happen. BUT.....it sold within days with all goals achieved. How did she do that? But she did.

She, of course, handled the whole process all the way to settlement and was always prompt to respond.

I highly recommend Kris Alcorn!

I very highly recommend Kris Alcorn as a realtor! She is very knowledgeable in her profession & skilled at providing excellent service to her clients. We headed into the selling & moving process after years of living in one place- making for quite an anxious time.
