About Kris

As the leader at the IDEAL Realty team Kris has a very decorated and established career at very young age. Since 1998 Kris has managed and/or was directly involved in over 10,000 real estate transactions with a total volume of nearly $1.2 billion. In addition, to the large amount of real estate transactions, Kris created and built a property rehab and renovation team of over two hundred people that successfully rehabbed over 2,400 homes across the southeast. He has assisted in the creation of several neighborhood stabilization programs in NC, GA, and FL.

During his decorated career Kris has owned and managed 12 real estate offices, including over 400 people spanning across the Southeast to Phoenix, AZ.

Kris has a B. S. degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business and Marketing from Slippery Rock University. He is also a licensed North Carolina Broker and Realtor.
