Kris and his team will get your home sold with minimal stress and a seamless experience. Communication is great from beginning to end. He assisted in anything we needed, from staging the home, to helping get the carpet replaced and more. Kris's expertise got us through inspection and negotiations with ease. We've had the pleasure of working with Kris and his team twice now (sold 2 properties for ABOVE asking and purchased 1 home with a contingency). Every sale was easy and he helped work through the details and ensured all the inspection objections were fair and in our best interest. Kris Ceretto was our realtor for the sale of our house and was also involved with the new build home we purchased. He was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. He was extremely professional but we also now consider him a friend. Foremost, Kris is an honest and good person. He also happens to be a great real estate agent. He brought a great understanding of the market that allowed me to exceed my goals. Throughout the process he listened and was responsive. This is a no pressure agent. Having bought/sold multiple other homes in the past I can confidently claim Kris to be the best agent I have come across. For the sale of this home I had interviewed 4 other highly touted agents before choosing Kris. I am fortunate to have found Kris and plan on using him for any future real estate transactions.

He went above and beyond for what we could have asked for to make things seemless from our transition between homes. He fought hard for us during the home selling process. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Would HIGHLY recommend him for any and all of your real estate needs! If I was able to rate him a 6 out of 5 I would and that may still be too low.

Finding the right real estate agent is necessary for some and critical for others. I have worked with many agents and have thought very little of what they bring to the table. Kris Ceretto stands out from most with his patience and knowledge. But where I witnessed Kris excel is his ability to keep difficult deals on track and execute without letting the contract getting derailed. Timing is everything and he keeps things on track, knows how to negotiate and will work for you in a way that makes you feel like your his only customer. He knows the process and is greatly respected in his field. If you want a realtor who genuinely cares about your interest work with Kris. He is solid realtor and gets the job done!

Kris made the home selling process for us very easy. He came in with a price to sale at and within 48 hours our home was sold. We had a few issues with the buyers right before closing and Kris assured us he would take care of them. He stuck to his work and we were able to close without any additional conditions added to the contract. I would highly recommended Kris to anyone.
