Need to buy or sell a house? Kris is your guy! He went above and beyond for me making my home buying process much easier. This included setting up 10+ showings and submitting multiple offers over the course of a year. Despite an extremely competitive market, we were able to get an accepted below asking. The process didn't end there either. He was a major key throughout the inspection and closing process, helping to negotiate issues that came up during inspection, all of which were fixed by the seller. Even after we closed, he helped me get two issues fixed that were discovered once moving in. He also fully understands the ins and outs of the market, and knows tricks and tips to make you standout from other buyers and sellers. Long story short, Kris is a real estate rockstar.

In making one of the most significant financial decisions in your life, you want to work with someone you can trust. My wife and I had lived in the area for a few years but did not know anyone who would be able to help us find our “forever home.” Honestly, we were anxious about trusting someone with this process, especially with the salesy reputation that is sometimes associated with professionals in the real estate industry. Kris came recommended by a friend, so we thought working with him was as good a place as any to start. From jump, Kris was genuine, knowledgeable, and a great listener. In a historically chaotic market and throughout what was an aggressive search (as we were also expecting our first child), he was a guide that we grew to trust and appreciate more than words can describe. As we were naive to much of the process, he responded to our questions often within minutes. In the weeks before closing, our home insurance agent had been MIA, and because our mortgage company had not received our insurance binder, our closing was at risk of being delayed. The day before closing, Kris took it upon himself to solve the issue within a couple of hours. This small but critical response happened multiple times throughout the process, and he was prompt and effective at solving these issues EVERY time. To put it concisely and bluntly, I believe that we would still be searching for a home if it were not for Kris’ guidance. My wife and I do not provide recommendations haphazardly, as we feel that they should be sincere and reflect a truly rare and valuable experience. Whoever might be reading this, if you are looking for a realtor, Kris is THE person you want by your side throughout the process. Period. Full stop.

He not only is a knowledgable realtor, but he cares about his clients and it shows.
