I’ve been in consulting, marketing, and sales management for over thirty years. Professionally I’ve worked all over the USA. Moscow and the surrounding Palouse are something special. My entrepreneurial roots are in family business and that’s how I approach real estate.

My parents encouraged me to purchase my first property at the ripe old age of twenty-one, and I’m very thankful for that providence. I have owned and managed real estate going on forty years. Real estate has been the foundation for my family’s financial security.

Real estate should be fun and exciting, without being overwhelming! My focus is taking my professional and personal experience, and partnering with clients looking to buy or sell property in Moscow and the surrounding area. Supporting clients, helping them stay engaged in the process, and seeing them realize their needs and desires is how I measure success.

My journey to Moscow and the beautiful Palouse began over ten years ago. Children and friends moved here from the East Coast to raise their families in this close-knit community. My wife Lavaida and I made residency here a long-term goal. We were able to realize that goal earlier in 2019. Now we share this beautiful place with three of our four children, their spouses, and sixteen grandchildren. In our spare time we take full advantage of all that Moscow and the Palouse offers. Hiking, biking, camping, golf, sporting events, farmers markets, festivals, concerts and live theatre. It’s been a long time coming and well worth the wait! I couldn’t be more excited to be a Moscowvite!
