I have worked with several realtors in the past, both buying and selling, and I have never had someone work as hard on my behalf as Krista. I lived 4 hours away from where I was looking to move and Krista made the process so easy. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and made it happen in a market where there was very little available. In fact, the model I was looking for had nothing available. So Krista actually emailed everyone who had the model I wanted to find out if any of them would be willing to sell. And she convinced someone to sell. It was amazing all she did for us. When we first started looking, since I lived 4 hours away, Krista got to know what we were looking for and would send me listings to match. Of course I had questions and she was available 7 days a week, even while she was traveling. A few times, since I did not live close, I needed more views of a place and she would actually go with her own camera and take pictures of the views I was looking for. Not once, but several times. She also helped us to get to know the area to be sure it was "the place for us". She introduced us to the Hammock Dunes club, showed us around, gave us a list of restaurants and cultural places locally to check out. And this was all before she even knew for sure if this was where we were going to move. When we did go under contract, Krista handled everything for us from inspections, any needed repairs, closing issues, etc. Even after we closed, she continued to help. She found us a decorator. We were so pleased with how she went above and beyond what any other realtor has ever done for us, that when our friends were looking for a place near us, we hooked them up with Krista and within a week, she found what they were looking for and was under contract a day later. And this was all in a market where there was hardly anything available.
Bottom line is that Krista takes the time to get to know you, find out exactly what you are looking for. And if it's not available, she will go find someone willing to sell what you are looking for. She doesn't wait for something to come on the market. You will find no one better to work on your hehalf.

We loved working with Krista! She always spent as much time as we needed when viewing each house for sale. She listened and took notes on what we liked to help us in our search. When she did find that perfect home for us, she was always there to help us through the offer, inspection, loan and closing process. She went above and beyond when our lender created a very unfriendly work environment. I can tell you she never, not once, was anything but professional and friendly towards everyone she worked with. Krista is one of the best agents we have ever worked with. Considering we have bought and sold 11 homes in 29 years across the country and back, Krista holds a top spot in our real estate experiences.

We met Krista just by chance as she was Showing a Property in our Neighborhood Beach Haven in Palm Coast one Saturday afternoon. My husband happened to be outside doing yard work and she asked him a question pertaining to this neighborhood and we happened to tell her we were thinking about selling our home. Well, Long story Short - She Sold our home to this client. She was a Pleasure to work with and I would definitely hire her if I were looking to Buy or Sell. Thank you Krista for being you. Krista was amazing to work with. Patient, responsive and a pleasure to do business with! It took us close to 2 years to move forward with a purchase and she never lost faith that it would happen. Highly recommend her!
