Conscientious, diligent, professional, and caring. These are what that I think of when I think of Kristie DuPaul-Becker.

I had fairly difficult requirements to meet. Kristie's approach was to listen to me, understand my needs, and then find places that met those needs. She accompanied me to cabins on lakes in greater Minnesota, showed me possibilities that I would never have found with some of the previous realtors that I had worked with. Once I found the home I liked, she negotiated on my behalf as if I was there. Every little detail was ironed out. Here's the little Kristie touch that makes this special. She welcomed me and my dog to our new home, with a welcome gift. That's class!

On a personal front, she was very proactive with any paperwork, things that I should look for, and has turned into one of my best friends. When I think of the gold standard of what a realtor should be, Kristie stands head and shoulders above the rest.

I have bought and sold quite a few houses and Kristie has by far been the most knowledgeable, creative and caring Real Estate agent I have ever worked with.
Kristie knows the industry so well she can really guide you into making the right decision for you.
After a buyer walked away, Kristie was able to come in and save the sale. She was so calm and collected during this process, which made me feel very confident she would make it happen. Kristie has helped me buy and sell a couple more properties since the first time we worked together. She is and always will be there for her clients!!
