I cannot speak highly enough of Kristie and all she did for us to sell my mother-in-law’s house! In our current world where so many people are all about the money, she cared about US and how we were feeling through the whole process. Selling a house in Washington when we live in Boston was not easy, but she always kept in communication, recommended people for the estate sale and subsequent junk removal, and even cut the lawn for us so the house would have beautiful curb appeal on open house day. I know it sounds cliche, but she truly cares about her clients and wants to see everyone succeed and be happy with the outcome of the sale. She came highly recommended, and I definitely see why! I will use her again and again for all of our real estate transactions.

Kristie is one amazing Realtor; she's so much more than I ever expected. She worked like one of "our family" to help prepare my parent's home for the market. Her professionalism, technical knowledge/skills, and sincere love of people place her heads about any other Realtor that I've ever had the privilege of working with or ever heard of.

She is organized and methodical. Myself, being trained as an Industrial Engineer truly appreciate these attributes. A PLAN was laid out in the beginning, and we were able to meet or exceed every milestone.

We listed the house on January 13th and by January 17th we accepted one of six offers; it was a strong offer in every way and $45,000 over the asking price. Final papers/CLOSING was February 11th; one week ahead of plan.

I started the home buying process shortly before the COVID-19 outbreak. Kristie Manny was my real estate agent during this process and she not only did the normal agent duties of organizing home tours and talking my husband and I through the steps, but she found me an excellent mortgage broker and kept everything moving forward despite non foreseen obstacles that no one could have predicted.

Kristie has excellent communication skills, is very organized, and is a persistent and fierce advocate for her client. She was available for questions and took the time to explain things in a way that we understood. Kristi put us first and made us feel like her only clients and I know she truly cared that we ended up with our forever home. I highly recommend Kristie Manny for any future real estate needs and if my “forever” home doesn’t end up being forever like we plan, will be happy to work with her again!

We would like to thank Kristie Manny for all of the work she did in getting our property PENDING in less than 24 hours and SOLD! Early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful. She even watered plants and wiped down surfaces before and after showings for everyone's safety due to COVID. She was a terrific lady to have representing us!
