Kristin entered real estate in 2004 after a distinguished career in the luxury goods business where she traveled globally. She has remained a top producing Realtor for fourteen years selling 90 million in residential real estate which encompasses hundreds of homes in all price ranges. Kristin has a well-developed sense of humor that is calming and reassuring, which helps to navigate what can be a stressful time for homebuyers or sellers. Kristin was immediately successful when she came into the real estate industry earning the “Rookie of the Year” award in 2005. Since that time she has earned multiple awards as a top producer. In 2007, Kristin was in the top two percent of the more than 3500 agents in her firm after three short years in the industry. In 2009, she listed and sold the home of Pulitzer Prize winning author John Updike. This prestigious sale garnered recognition for her ability to navigate private, intricate transactions. She sold the highest priced home in Beverly for 2016 as well as the highest priced home in Hamilton in 2010.

In Kristin’s prior career she was a Regional Vice President for Estee Lauder and Account Executive for Givenchy under the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey umbrella. Kristin managed the Boston, Washington, Philadelphia markets as well as New York City for many years. During her tenure, she won trips to Paris and Milan as rewards for her performance.

After many years “and” while she was selling homes, Kristin went back to college to finish her college degree. In 2015 she proudly walked with all the young students to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Endicott College graduating -summa cum laude (4.0).
