Kristin focuses on the satisfaction of her client’s new chapter whether they are a first-time buyer, upsizing, relocating, downsizing, or working with family estates. Her commitment to transparency, hard work, and leveraging her marketing and sales expertise creates a transformative real estate experience.

Kristin left her downtown Greenville home in 2016 and returned to the Upstate in 2019 after living in Nashville and Atlanta. Drawn back by the cycling community and lake life, she embraces an active Upstate lifestyle filled with cycling, triathlons, hiking with her dogs and time on the water. She is an accomplished collegiate athlete, Ironman finisher, and has even cycled 3,300 miles across America to raise money for the American Lung Association.

In her spare time, Kristin gives back to causes that mean the world to her by creating brighter futures for both people and pups. She provides freedom rides for the Southeast GSP Rescue, helping transport German Shorthaired Pointers to their forever homes. A portion of every real estate sale she closes is donated to support the Ride to End Alzheimer’s, Sunshine Kids Foundation and to sponsor children through Compassion International—making an impact that reaches far beyond the closing table.
