Kristina is very on top of what needs to be done and on time. She is very good communicator who will make sure you understand every step of the progress and where you are at in this progress. Kristina helped get us into our own house. She worked hard to get us the best deal for our house. Our first house we lost the first bid, be she immediately went out looking for our new home, and found it days later!! We are excited to be new home owners!

Kristina was wonderful to work with. I sold my house FSBO and she represented the family that was purchasing the house. The whole experience was a breeze (minus packing but that’s on me not anyone else haha). She was helpful, prepared, knowledgeable, and made every step of the way painless. House closed on time, every step happened on time, and she was fantastic at keeping both myself and the couple buying the house up to speed throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend.
