My name is Kristina Nagel and I’m a licensed California Realtor® and certified Senior Real Estate Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. Born and raised in California, I have a deep love and appreciation for what Orange County and Southern California have to offer. I enjoy golfing, surfing, snowboarding, gardening, volunteering, and spending time with my family and friends in beautiful Orange County. I’ve lived and worked in SoCal for over 30 years and I’m proud to call OC home for over 15 years. Because of this, I’m deeply knowledgeable about our neighborhoods, including my own Las Flores, the schools, and the amenities Orange County offers.

Fun Facts
I’m classically trained in French Cuisine, am a Cowboys Fan (my family has been in Texas since the late 1800s), and I used to compete in tandem surfing… seriously YouTube Kristina and Larry Tandem Surfers.

Before becoming a Realtor® I spent 15 plus years in Advertising and Marketing for globally known companies in the beauty, pharmaceutical, grocery industries, where I earned a reputation as a detailed oriented overachiever who is tenaciously committed to clients. Coinciding with that I wrote, directed, and produced several films which gives me an eye for detail to be sure your home is shown its best light. Prior to that, I served as Restaurant and Dining Room manager for several private clubs in Newport Beach and Dove Canyon, Orange County; hospitality is in my heart.
