In addition to client representation, Kristopher enjoys teaching and training the team of Realtors at Reno Realty in the fundamentals of his experience in real estate.
Kristopher’s past work includes large volume disposition and/or acquisition of distressed properties in California and Nevada. His clients ranged from institutional investors (REITs, Wall Street Firms), Banks (Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc.), Mortgage Originators (PHH Mortgage), Loan Servicers (Nationstar Mortgage, OCWEN Loan Servicing, etc.), and Government Sponsored Entities (Fannie Mae, etc.). In addition to his exceptional work as an REO Broker, he has managed 125+ vacation rental properties through an independent affiliate of Reno Realty. Kristopher began his real estate career working closely with his Grandfather managing a large family trust including residential, multi-family, retail, and industrial properties.
