My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Kristy Sreenan! We live out of state so trying to find a home hundreds of miles away can be extremely challenging. Kristy was very accommodating with her time and made it so easy for us. She knew exactly what we were looking for, didn’t flood us with houses that didn’t meet our needs and never made us feel rushed to buy something. It was a tough market (and getting tougher) with low inventory but Kristy stayed optimistic we would find exactly what we wanted and told us not to settle on a house we didn’t love. She is very reputable, knowledgeable and just a really sweet person!! You will absolutely love having her as your realtor!!

We've owned several homes over the years. Seeing it was a sellers market, we decided it was time to list. Kristy has been very responsive since day one.
We went from initial conversation a day before our hardwood floors were refinished to our MLS listing being live the following weekend. Her staging advice was spot on.
Pictures were fantastic. We had our first offer the same day we listed. A second offer the next day and ended with competing offers above our asking price.
We had previously talked to other agents who were adamant our suggested asking price was too high, but thankfully Kristy had a better read on the market.

Quick responses to texts and emails. She also has a team behind her that did a fantastic job of handling the inundation of viewing requests.
We have no reservations recommending Kristy.

My family had seen, for many years, the success that Kristy had in selling homes in a somewhat slumping market. We consulted with her a couple of years ago about what we would need to do to list our home and what it might sell for. Even though we were not super serious at the time, she was so generous and professional and took the effort to put together some information for us and gave us a ballpark figure as to what we could expect.

Fast forward to 2020 and, as fate would have it, we had the opportunity to relocate to Florida during the pandemic. There was no hesitation in selecting Kristy as our realtor. She knows the market so well and she was very thorough and efficient in advising us of all of our options. She went above and beyond with various marketing publications as well as with the inspections. She created a great plan of action in getting the house on the market and sold it ASAP. Kristy handled the negotiations with ease, which alleviated a great deal of stress when selling a home.

Overall, Kristy is a professional, knowledgeable and efficient representative for her clients. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends. I would choose her again, if given the opportunity!

Kristy sold my home in one day. I had other agents tell me that my mother's home, which was solid but needed updating, would need some repairs/redecorating to meet my asking price. Kristi took one look through and said I should have no problem selling as is at my price. She worked hard to get the word out before the house listed and had many showings the first day.
