Krystal Evans

Her passion for architecture and helping people achieve their dreams brought her into the real estate profession in 1999. After taking time off to start a family and working in the corporate 9-5 grind while her children were young, she realized that her true calling was to become a REALTOR. In 2015, she began a career as a full time Buyer’s Agent, specializing in first-time home buyers and rural properties.

A native Virginian, she has resided in New Kent, Henrico, King William, and now Hanover county. She offers extensive knowledge & understanding of the market in many locations across the Richmond Metro area. She has recently expanded into listing new construction in 55 or better communities. She enjoys helping people through the process of designing their forever home and walking them through every step of the way.

When she is not helping her clients, you will find her tending to her mini farm, at a softball field or volleyball court cheering on her daughters or on a boat with her husband.
