Secondly we will obtain an opinion appraisal from my appraiser to eliminate the guesswork on pricing. Thirdly we will use Homes.com that advertises on over 30,000 media and social media sites. I am also a preferred agent on Zillow and use Showcase listing package. By implimenting these practices we have the answers before the questions come. We are in control and act as the hammer throughout the transaction. I have built and sold over 600 properties. I haven't seen it all but have seen alot.
