My unique quality is that I have a generic face... It's face that everyone I meet thinks they went to school with, lived next door, etc... That familiarity is a feature that allows me to get to know my clients and peers a little easier. It is an added comfort level to feel like you know someone that you are doing business with. I am blessed with that quality and it truly allows me to get to know "YOU" better and help me achieve "YOUR" Real Estate goals most efficiently. I have been in business since 1987 and have consistently been in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide since 1990. I am a second generation RE/MAX Broker and literally grew up in the real estate business. I currently live in La Jolla and and well versed in the coastal real estate markets from La Jolla all the way to Oceanside. I am a graduate of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing as well as a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. On a personal level, I love the beach, which is why I moved to San Diego 24 years ago and have two boys and a spouse. We are actively involved in La Jolla Schools and in addition to ocean activities, we equally love to snow ski and camp.
