What a great realtor and guy! Kyle was excited to work with me (a first time home buyer) and taught me a lot. It was very easy to meet up with him after work or whenever I wanted. He even drove me to and from the title company for signing of the closing documents!

As first time homebuyers, we were very nervous about the whole process of finding a home. We had heard horror stories about the current market and had more dread than excitement going into it. That quickly changed during our first meeting with Kyle. He explained everything thoroughly and put us at ease.

Every step of the way he was easy to reach, quelled our many anxieties, and made sure we were actually getting the right house for us. Once we found a house we loved, he helped us put together a very competitive offer that got us our dream home.

We walked away from two different relators prior to meeting Kyle & THANK GOD! We could not have hand picked a more perfect relator to help with our first time home buying process. He constantly was communicating with us, patient with all of our exceptions and needs & thankfully so because it led us to our prefect forever home in the perfect location. Kyle didn’t stop with just helping find our home, but he helped recommend a mortgage company to help us, an incredible inspector, home insurance & has continued to check in on our process as we move & get settled in.
If we weren’t friends before buying this house, we definitely are now! Thanks so much Kyle!
