Experience makes all the difference and Mr. Pentecost brings this with him. He started his real estate career in 1975 selling homes in Houston, TX, and received a Texas Broker's license several years later. At that time, he started The Commercial Group and sold commercial real estate for several years. Shortly thereafter, he moved into property management and leasing in the Houston / Galleria market.

Kyle offers a unique perspective on real estate transactions from spending most of his career representing landlords and their assets, while also representing tenants.
