Kyle Sterling

Kyle Sterling, a native of the Southside of Chicago, moved to Washington, DC, in 2012 to attend Howard University. After graduating with honors with a degree in Business Marketing, Kyle used his business degree working for several fortune 500 companies. Some of these companies include Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Unilever, and IBM. While at IBM, Kyle Served as a Portfolio Manager selling Cloud and Artificial Intelligence Solutions to multiple Federal Government Agencies, including NASA, the United States Postal Service, and the Department of Transportation.

After purchasing his first investment property in 2018, Kyle decided to pursue a career as a Realtor. He made this transition after realizing many of his peers and colleagues were not versed on the primary way to build Generational Wealth, which is through real estate. Since being a Realtor, Kyle has accomplished several accolades including Keller William Capital Properties Rookie of the Year, Keller Williams DC/Maryland Top 100 Agents for 2020, Homesnap Realtors "Top 5% of Realtors in the Nation", and Real Producers magazine "Top 1000 Agents" in the D.C. Metro Area.
