Some people choose real estate. He happens to think it was in his blood all along. Born with the real estate gene, he grew up attending open houses with his parents, Laura, and Kevin Tannahill, on the weekends. A third-generation Realtor drawn to the family legacy by a desire to guide people through the often-challenging process of buying or selling a home, he joined Tannahill Homes three years ago and never looked back.

Born and bred in Berkeley, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics at University of Arizona before returning to the Bay Area to pursue his passion for real estate. Well-versed in the local area, folks say he’s got a unique knack for having a finger on the pulse of market trends. Who is he to argue with that? Tenacious yet tactful in his approach, he’s joined Laura and Kevin to comprise a distinctively different team who brings a family touch to modern real estate.

Ever appreciative of his local roots, he loves Albany’s small-town vibe and proximity to San Francisco. When he’s not hunting down new listings or holding open houses, you’ll find him coaching the East Bay Cyclones, a non-profit baseball team or working on his swing at the local golf course.
