I began in real estate 10 years ago with purchasing, remodeling, and leasing single family and multi-family homes. After doing this for a while, I realized that having my real estate license would allow me to research homes easier and execute my due diligence. It would also allow me to streamline the process of making offers, complete negotiations, and close transactions. This gave me a lot of experience and knowledge of the Central Indiana market and the process that goes into selling and buying homes.
