Buying a home (especially as a first time home buyer) is a huge life decision, and kind of scary. Kyler Kim demystified the whole process for us newbies! We truly appreciated his clear, step by step explanations as he walked us through the process. And, given the hot market in this area, he knew time was of the essence in getting pre-approved for a loan and making an offer. We went from viewing to closing and getting our keys in just 21 days!
