My wife and I we’re looking for a place for a while. We went through four realtors before we met Kyonghee, she was the first one that actually listened to what we were looking for. She help us throughout the entire process and was by our the entire time. She didn’t try and upsell us or push us away. She was great with our three year old daughter, our daughter was extremely shy at the time and Kyonghee was the first person outside of our family that she run up and hug. After everything was said and done, she went out of her way to get us home warming gifts that she displayed in the front room. it was a awesome personal touch. If we every go to purchase another property Kyonghee will be our realtor.

I recently bought my first dream home with the help of Kyong .She was the best from start to finish. I work very long hours and she assured me that she would take care of everything so I wouldn't have to stress. All I had to do was give her an idea of what I was looking for and price range and she found my dream home in no time at all. She had all the closing papers to sign by E-sign so I could sign from home which was totally convenient for me since I worked crazy hours. I totally would recommend her and do recommend her to everyone that is looking to buy or sell their home.

Kyonghee Hill made our home dreams come true! We were looking for a non-traditional multi-generational home in Reno/Sparks that also checked off all the things for our growing family, which was not an easy task. She was up to the challenge, providing creative ideas for us to consider, quick to respond and relentless in making sure we got to see every listing we wanted while also balancing selling our current home. Her attention to detail while walking through properties was like no other - she has an incredible eye for value, understanding of the full surrounding neighborhood, and helps you see the vision for pros and cons of a house. I totally recommend Kyonghee. She is a great realtor.She recently helped me purchase a house in Sparks and a condo up a South Lake Tahoe. She cares about her clients needs and she also is very helpful with making smart decisions.
