My husband and I met Laetitia at an open house during a visit to ID in search of our new home. Although she was not the only realtor we met during our visit, she was the most responsive and respectful of the fact that we were only in the browsing phase of our search. Laetitia put aside time for us during several visits to the Gem State, even before our homes in California were on the market. Bringing us to the various neighborhoods and developments and really understanding what we were searching for, she only showed us models that would fit our wants and needs. Once our homes were on the market and the decision was made that we wanted to build a custom home, Laetitia would send us photos and videos of various lots that might interest us when we couldn't make it out to ID. Laetitia picked our lot while we were in California. To this day, I still tell her what a perfect choice she made for us. We have an unobstructed view of the mountains from our backyard and the waterfront beach area that I told her would be a must. Over every step of the way, Laetitia would send us photos and drone video of the progress of the build. It felt like we were right there witnessing every step of the way. Laetitia is familiar with all the builders and will let you know what to expect from each. She is not a hard sell, but will work for you and represent you with your best interests as her priority. She is both personable and considerate, but more importantly honest and will prove to be a fierce representative for you as a buyer or a seller. Laetitia even was present during the signing and gifted us with a more than generous welcome home basket. We are from California where homes sell for millions and never have we received such a generous gift. Our relationship with Laetitia is not over now that the sale is complete. She has dropped by in a pinch when we needed a witness for a signature and provided my son with a referral in his interest to purchase out of state. I cannot say enough good things about Laetitia on paper, but if you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell in the Treasure Valley or surrounding areas, I believe Laetitia Campbell is the best decision you would make in choosing a professional to represent you.
