Lance Claiborne

I began my career with CENTURY 21 Absolute in June, 1998. In my younger years, my father explained over and over the importance of real estate investments. Graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School and attended the University of Pittsburgh College. I became a realtor with hopes of being a better investor in real estate. I have been independently involved in real estate as early as the 1980's. My focus is on investing in income producing properties. I specialize in the sale of residential properties single and multi-family dwellings, condos, new construction and commercial in Pennsylvania. I enjoy the flexibility and freedom of my schedule and love the joy of a job well done and the relationships that are built along the way. These relationships soon develop from clients to friends and sometimes-even family. When not hard at work I enjoy spending quality time with my wife Linda, and sons.
